Host of T.E.R.I. Talks | Helping American Expats of Color Build a Life of Freedom From the Inside Out

I spent over four decades helping people move through the deepest kind of change — not the surface kind, but the shifts that happen at a core conscious level

For American Expats of Color who are ready to move — not just geographically, but at the level of identity, values, and conscious living this Podcast was created for you.

Most expat conversations start with logistics. T.E.R.I. Talks starts with you. If you're thinking about living abroad, the foundation you need isn't a visa or a savings account — it's alignment with your highest principles and values as a human being. And if you've already made the move, you may have discovered that the emotional weight of American racism, bias, and prejudice doesn't stay behind when you board the plane. This podcast exists to help you do the inner work that makes the outer journey sustainable, meaningful, and truly free of Jim Crow identity and limiting beliefs that stifle the flow of our genius and the quality of our humanity.

I've done the work as a certified NLP Trainer and Leadership Coach, as an Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, as a Core Transformation Trainer, and as a Spiritual Development Teacher. And the thread running through all of my work has always been the same question: What does it take for a person to finally live from their truest sense of self?

T.E.R.I. Talks is my answer to that question — specifically for American Expats of Color. Because I've seen what happens when brilliant, courageous people decide to build a life abroad without first doing the inner work of aligning with their own highest values. The emotional weight of a lifetime o American racism doesn't dissolve at the border. It travels with you. And without an inner foundation free of the emotional shackles of American styled racism, the expat journey — as expansive and liberating as it can be — becomes harder than it has to be.

This podcast exists to change that. To give you the tools, the conversations, and the community to make your expat life sustainable from the inside out.

As African Americans, we are deserving of all that is good — including a life that reflects that truth. And if we have to take a plane, a boat, or a bus, to get to that life.....So Be It!

A NOTE ON THE NAME

T.E.R.I. stands for Together Evolving Beyond Racist Identities — because this work was never meant to be done alone.
